All business opportunities offered for sale in the U.S. are required by law to meet certain disclosures required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and also to be registered in, or exempted from, registration in certain states.

By law, regardless of the state in which you reside, you must receive a copy of these disclosure documents prior to your purchase of any business opportunity.

 For your information: If you do not receive a complete disclosure document from a seller of a business opportunity, it may not be in your best interest to proceed with the purchase!

In our experience, the time necessary and the expense incurred for a business opportunity to be properly registered is well worth the effort put forth by any company offering a legitimate enterprise.
